Mark, Thanks for bringing over the thought provoking link. I agree, excellent management is very important to success in business. Management is of course one of the main reasons I own DCTC, along with the fact that in 2 short years some rather amazing growth has been realized. Besides making mostly the right decisions, one thing I have come to appreciate with DCI management is the willingness to deal with
situations that arise from ocassionally making the wrong decisions. When people or divisions are not working out as planned and become a drain on resources they sure aren't around for long. (G) Creativity, always having a second and maybe a third backup plan in place and a willingness to reverse course if another option appears better than the current course seems to also describe DCI management IMO.
