Mohan,

I reached for that falling knife yesterday and added to my already
overweighted position. Unfortunately I was early, $31/share.
Before I did that I took a long look at the financials. If you take out
the 70% increase in R&D, $1.4 million - STII would have earned
an eyepopping $ 0.51 for the quarter vs $ 0.22, now that's the kind of
growth I like to see. Their numbers were very good, if you'll look
closely.

By the way don't worry about Kopp, he is a long term investor,
probably longer than you or I. And he thinks the stock is worth a
minimum of $60 or $70 today. I'll probably be adding more shares
today.
