I see what you mean. Although it doesn't read quite as bad as some of the reports I've seen. I still find it encouraging that there is increased vol. on up days and decreased vol. on down days this in general is a positive sign, at least a glimmer of hope.

I would love to know who and why is doing all this buying on upticks. There must be some method to their madness.
