They've done it before, as Chemex. Although as I remember, it had no effect on the price; a reverse split and then a share dividend to return the outstanding shares to the original...would have to go back through my notes...oops, forgot they went out in the trash.

General rule, I believe is to stay away from reverses if the company has no revenue. If AXCS does a reverse, you should be able to pick it up as a bargain when the post reverse price starts to erode. Me? wouldn't touch AXCS now even ont he rumor.

BTW, in the merger meeting a few years back, management was emphatically petitioned by the shareholders present not to do a reverse. They agreed. Oh well...
