Moses:

Glad to know that there's still intelligent life left out there.

I think we need to get our minds back on the matter at hand (the absolute brilliance of the Pyng design), so I'll kick things off. Did anyone know that Laerdal (big emerg producer) has come out with a cervical collar that has a large opening in it at just the right spot for a FAST1 - the Laerdal booth was right next to Pyng at the conference. Very fortuitous.

By the way, I must have seen the Pyng device used twenty or thirty times (using the simulator) during the conference - its ability to place the portal at the right depth under the surface of the bone time after time was incredible - it certainly wowed two physicians from Belfast who talked about having to get sternal bone marrow samples the hard way. I wonder how long it will take the hematologists and oncologists to get on board.
