TO ALL BRE-X SHAREHOLDERS

I present the following opportunity to the now defunct company. As of this date, I am willing to mount at my own expense a scientific team to go to Busang, with the caveat that the physical claims can be restored to Bre-X and place the property into production.

Assuming that the claims can be restored, it is estimated that production, not expedition, can begin sometime this year. So that there is little confusion, it is not only the opinion of myself, but also numerous other qualified researchers in my team, that no one salted the samples.

Furthermore, if we are successful, we can assist in regaining monies of those who have lost dearly.

Of course, to attempt this undertaking we require the support of the corporate (?) management (assuming that someone can contact them) and the Indonesia government.

For the record, during the past year I have spent numerous hours on the telephone attempting to contact David Walsh and offer the services of my team under reasonable conditions. The conditions (at least in my opinion)are fair. If we are successful in placing Bre-X into production, we receive a substantial block of stock. If we are not, we receive nothing.

If Bre-X the Company does not accept our proposition, then we will probably go to Busang and accomplish this feat for the hell of it. This is not a challenge, for we are moving a research facility only one flight hour away from them this summer.
