MM;

I may be reading the SEC filings wrong but it seems to indicate a total of 87,853,654 + 44,517,143 issued shares which comes to 132,370,797 total issued shares. Is this correct? Also look at the authorized total 800,000,000. Thanks but no thanks. Also read Item 1. Legal proceedings on the link below, has that been resolved ?

10QSB (11/25/1997)
Item 1. Legal Proceedings
sec.gov

Common stock, par value $.0001 per share; authorized
800,000,000 shares; issued and outstanding 87,853,654
and 44,517,143 shares, respectively

10,000 shares it's only cost me $1,250.

If they have over 132 Million issued 10,000 at 1250,00 based on their performance is a high price to pay in my opinion.

Please note; The following information is in regards to MINE not IKAR.
