Volatile,good name for where you are. I expect the next 6 months to a year to be extremely volatile for YHOO and the like. They are wildly overvalued,with wildly euphoric investors. A dose of reality might actually set in sometime. Hey the taxman cometh,and all the free time,and free everything is coming to a close. Everyone is raising their rates,and faster access and more people on the internet will cause a temporary meltdown of people's enthusiasm,and with that,where is the bottom for YHOO? or XCIT? maybe 10 dollars a share based on fundamentals? Upside it doesn't matter,but look out below.
And I believe you may be right,the baby will be tossed out with the bath water. I have seen this happen a thousand times before,the real winners will come back,the fools gold will be gone.
