As most of us know Gems has been a major 2 year investment dissapointment. Gems has gone from a 95 Wall Street darling to an Iomega! Gems made some aggressive acquisitions based on the fact that the sale of their mobile business would raise the cash to offset the capital required to justify their deals. Two years have past, no sale (I think their investment bankers, gave them the shaft, on what that business, was worth) and they have been paying the price ever since.
Gems needs cash, and until their balance sheet improves, Wall Street will stay away!
