It appears that FTCFQ has not dismantled all of it facilities. This an international company with presence in Europe and at last count 400+ employees still on the books in Mexico. Coming out of bankruptcy with a sweet stock package of WNC stock in their back pocket. Along with the volume it had Friday i'll be happy if this company wants to move operations to another country and start over, from what I read they have been in this buisness since 1914. As far as cancellation of shares, isn't that option usually described in length in some part of the 'fresh start" appendix of the financials (I did not see any mention), will put a call in to my lawyer friend to see if I can get any clarification.
