This doesn't bode well for Disney. It has been my experience that if one major player in an industry is struggling, so may others be. When one film studio is willing to spend a lot to make a movies, the other studios think they have to also. This is another indication that Disney movie making operations may not be as profitable as some expect for the next few quarters. Add to the decline of foreign tourists at the Disney Park (due to the strong dollar) and the strain ABC may be putting on the bottom line, and I would think short term caution would be advised for the stock. Obviously as a company Disney is doing really well -- and in the long term the stock certainly seems to be a good investment -- but look for some rocky waters for the next two or three quarters. This is just my opinion. - RDH
