A post on SI from Jim B has questioned my theories supporting my statements. I didn't clarify that in my previous post so I will do it now. If you could pass this info to Jim B it would be helpful.
Most of my information on CSHK comes from Rhonda and tony. The rest I gather from the web (S4T newsletter and SI). The day
that we experienced the drop from .98 to .43 over 3.1 million shares of CSHK were traded. Because it fell so sharply and really
didn't recover very much it is obvious that an overwhelming majority of that volume was sell. 3.1 million shares is about 90% of
the public float which means that almost all public shareholders dumped their shares that day. From that day it only fell
further, which is why I have concluded that most of the people who bought it below .30 sold out a while ago. Therfore it really
wouldn't be that profitable to sell now. There is only room for buying. This stock always soars on rumors of a news release, and we
are expecting several very soon. The problem in the past has been that there is only one release to support the stock and so
everyone sells ("buy on rumors sell on news"). This time several releases are expected in a short period of time, which will send the
price up before it can fall big. also the last news release just mentioned "intent" to aquire the software, this release expected
this week is expected to reveal the results about the Y2K software, and i know that many people were waiting for those results to
buy the stock. I say what I say because of the effect of previous news and rumors on the price of this and many other OTC BB
stocks. TRUE- My prediction of 3.00-4.00 is almost 1000% over the current price, however if the cat litter produces .15 in Earnings
per share just by itself, then that alone could support a price of at least 3.00. That is if they don't make a penny from the
software this year. My estimates are much more conservative than most others. I've seen estimates as high as 10.00. I don't try to
over-value this stock in my estimates, I'm only telling y'all how I feel certain events will move the stock. In one conversation with
Rhonda when i asked her what they expect from the software she said that with only 1% of the market it will create an "obscene
amount of money". I don't think that my figures are ridiculous or "Far-fetched", I think they are ideal and conservative. let's not
forget that unlike mostly all OTC BB stocks, this one started at 6.00.
I hope that this clarifies any confusion regarding my previous posts.
Thank You for your time.
Hold long and we'll all gain.
