As I sit here patiently with lots of MO shares and options and watch this unfold I am perplexed by two things:
1.) If the politicos are so aggressive and money hungry and have now moved tobacco into a position of" legal but harmful" why can't they figure out how to do the same thing with grass - make it legal and tax the hell out of it?
2.) What's to keep all these lawyers from going after the alchol, or state controlled and run gaming on the same grounds? Both kill, cause poor health, family hardships, and are addictive?
Somewhere - hopeful in the courts - we will find something amiss with this kind of logic.
