Arthur...This is just to reassure the investors in a public way that they feel it's going to be a favorable outcome. This is the same wording I've posted from my conversations from Peggy. They can't give details. It would jeopardize the suit. If you are an investor you wouldn't want them to do that, now would you? I know I wouldn't. Buying is steadily coming in. This is the first positive sign in a long time and I don't believe it's rumor to keep the stock up. I've spoken to Peggy so many times and that's one thing about her. She's always been very cautious on what she says and the only way you can understand this is to start to communicate directly with her like I have.. Irene
