What are you talking about. Technical analysis requires no pre-existing conditions in order to have any meaning drawn from it. That is the beauty about it. A drop in price, regardless of the fundamental reasons behind the move, is a negative. Going below support (21, 50 & 200 DMA), is a negative. A gap down opening followed by a lower close, is negative. Overbought Stochastics with %k crossing below %D is a negative. The short term technical picture of ORCL is VERY NEGATIVE.
