George, my concerns are more "application-related" I totally agree that the technology has been proven to work (for the most part). What concerns me is the eroding market projections. Formavirsen will be a very minor drug (cash-flow wise). Crohn's will probably be little better. The one drug that looked big was the psoriasis indication, and that one looks to be floundering. The cancer drugs could be huge, but Isis recent past doesn't give me tremendous confidence in forecasting great things for them. I'm still long on Isis, and I still like the technology, but I'm definitely beginning to consider other options.... sds
