Reading that post makes it very clear, IMO, the desperate situation these shareshakers are in, I guess doing DD on GIFS really puts the spotlight on who is suspect here;
i.e.; Tonto posts he's 70K long on GIFS, and Kugler suggests a squeeze. Now, Tonto wants us to believe he's the Wizard of DD, yet, he fails to discover Zayed is a crook. Regardless, as the story goes, Tonto gets wise to Zayed and uncovers him, in the process saving investors from this horrible scam.
In essence, Tonto's DD 'before' he took a 70K long position, was not sufficient to disclose that Zayed had a past criminal record.
Now....we have Baker, a licensed securities broker, and a compliance officer for Mork, who put out fradulent press releases and incorporated a company under the Olympus Ventures name. He can only be contacted by cell-phone!! No office and no admittance to an association with Mork.
Now, the King of DD, Tonto, not only ignores these actions and behavoir....he continues to slam the victim of this abuse, the company.
So, logic tells us this;
1) Baker and his actions are very suspicious, unethical and apparently criminal, and warrant closer inspection and analysis. Yet Tonto, who didn't discover Zayed until the damage was done ( very important point), will not dialogue concerning Bakers abusive behavoir. This 'may' demonstrate Tonto is actually the Fool of DD, because the red-flags are everywhere!

2) Tonto will not address Bakers abuse because he is in some way, form, manner ...a part of the abuse.
So, that conversation with Baker is very telling. Why would the King of DD, who supposedly uncovered Zayed, not see the red-flags flailing everywhere with Baker? Is he looking the other way for a reason?
And lastly, Tonto will not address this, but, he 's posted that he's not affiliated with Mork, yet he posts the $10MM has not been rec'd! Last week, when we contacted GM & RB, they had not heard from Puhr yet and we're waiting, yet Tonto can post here confirmation that the $10MM was not delivered. How does Tonto know before GM & RB? RMCW was not talking. This suggests two things; 1, Tonto is lying, or 2) Tonto , who states he is not affiliated with shortsellers either has inside information, or went out of his way, beyond traditional manners , to gather information about an investment in a company he has no interest in, yrt has deemed it a scam and wants its shareholders to proceed against the company.
Very strange.
