You are wrong if FTEL retain an interest in FNET. Which by all indications they intend to do. If they retain an interest then that value should be reflected in the stock price. For instance if as has been mentioned FTEL retain 12 Million Shares of FNETand these have a market value of 10 dollars then this 120 million should reflect in the share price of FTEL. Martin
