This stranger wrote me a private message. Sounds like he's a disgruntled employee of D Eigeles System Ltd. He's been checking the thread on RagingBull and SI. He sounds upset about my posts. I decided to post his "private" message because fo the following reasons:
1. He didn't identify himself. Who are you? (explain your involvement)
2. What is or was your relationship with D Eigeles System Ltd, DVNTF, and/or other "companies" associated with the two?
3. If your questions are valid why are you afraid to post them? (However, you knew I would post your "private" message in the first place. Are you unable to post public information due to confidentiality agreements?) Your "private" message seems fishy.
4. Sounds like your trying to undermine DVNTF because your "questions" have no "weight" what so ever.

(B-Man, take these questions and present them at the shareholders meeting, if necessary. Terry, due to your research I feel these questions are invalid. Sounds like this guy is blowing hot air because he's upset about something. People usually get pissed if a company is going to be successful and they are no longer a part of it.)

If you know the answers to the following questions and still keep on thinking the way you seem to - then .... well ... it is your right to do so.
1 . What do you know about Diversinet Israel Ltd. (located and registered in Israel) ?
2 . What do you know about Warp10 International Ltd. (located and registered in Israel) ?
3 . What do you know about the relations of D. Eigeles Systems Ltd. with Diversinet and Wrap10 ? What do you know about the interrelations of Warp 10 and Diversinet ? What do you know about the CIT active involvement in this set of relations ?
4 . What do you know about the relations of Mr. Moustafa, Mr. Banks and Diversinet at least while CIT developed (and perhaps still develops or technically supports) the Galaxy application for the Gaming Lottery Corporation (GLC) ?
5 . What do you know about the Florida demo that, as resulting (also) from the records and other documents at the Court in Israel, was developed by means and with assets that are D. Eigeles Systems Ltd. property ?
6 . What do you know about the circumstances and the main players that created the feeling off "all old and bad guys out - welcome to the new good coach, players etc." ? Who sent home the old bad guys and appointed the new good ones ? Did you see the official records of such a meeting or decision ?
7 . How do you explain that the board of CIT and that of DVNTF share most of the members ?
8 . If you with your wife owned 40% and more of the shares of a business valuing a fortune, would not you, legitimately, appoint AT LEAST one director to represent YOU in the Board and influence things there in day-by-day activity ? Perhaps you will have no problem to identify shareholders, eventually by some work needed to check who are "LE PRINT EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL INC." and "CEDE & CO.".
You may find interesting the 10 Commandments in the Bible, Exodus, chapter 20. In addition, the Book of Jeremiah is very instructive and chapter 13, paragraph 23 says :
"Can the E-thi-o'pi-an change his skin, or the leopard his spots ? then may ye also do good, that are accustomed to do evil." Very good stuff to think of, for religious or non-religious persons !
