I've been trading with Ceres Securities for the last couple of months. They are very professional, BUT you must do your own research. They do not offer quotes Only upon placing trades. They pick up the phone on the first or second rings. They have an automated computer callback on conformation of the execution (that even waits for the beep on you answering machine). The call back is immediate. I've placed trades , and received the call within 2 minutes. I also get statements within 2 days of a trade. And you can't beat $18 on every type of trade, OTC, BB, Market order, Limit order any number of shares. I've purchased 15,000 sares without a hitch. That trade used to cost me $450.
