Hold it.. This cant be true. If the company had issued 1 million shares and sold them to the insiders at $0.55 a share, to raise this money, aren't they obliged to report this in ADVANCE to their shareholders through a press release ? Shouldn't they file this in ADVANCE with the SEC ? FORGET About simply reporting, I dont know the laws,.. But it sounds like a secondary offering, at a 40% DISCOUNT to the current market price, it SHOULD be made public and AVAILABLE to ALL the shareholders !! Am I being stoopid here ?? I dont think so. I will certainly call up Mr. Frieman this week; I hope what he told you is not right. It seems like violating the law to me. But then I'm no expert. And maybe the laws are different on the bulletin board. BTW I am long on this company since 2+ years, and in bigtime since its fallen to such ridiculous levels, but trying to play the devils advocate, it sure helps keep my overoptimism in check.
