We have nothing to hide from anyone. Since we are a side in a lawsuit regarding this
matter, according to the law in Israel, we are not allowed to carry on public
discussions. However person-to-person discussions, within some limits, are not
forbidden.
Those who want to talk to Mr. Kulater should know that Mr. Kulater is subjected to
Police investigations and one of the defendants in the lawsuit.
If you have someone in Israel, s/he can go to the Court at 10 Meir Street, Haifa, Israel,
ask for the file on case no. 3-2765/97 3-2766/97, photocopy whatever likes.... This is
public information that anyone can access as well as the sessions at the Court.
If you really are a consultant and really work for HP and you are writing under your
real name, then you should step back for a minute, look at what you put on the Net
and how - and consider the image you are building around yourself and the dangers
you endeavor while sooner or latter the truth will be out there.

There are no "dangers" because everything is clean. However, there will always be those who will argue against this, like yourself. People who are and will always be upset because they feel an unjust has been done to them. Do me a favor, go cry to someone else.
