Randy, Just to make sure we are on the same page, I think $5B was not the right projection. Did I write that? It was $3B, I think, if my memory serves me... Anyway, irrespective of the projections, as for your question I don't have an answer right now, the numbers are obviously not available. I will try to get some perspectives or assessments on OO and Component-Based Development. One thing is for sure and that is I think the software companies are spending that amount alone on hyping the two approaches... Will see what I can find.
