SM -- after yesterday's press release from SIEB saying they had no idea what was causing the rise, and after declaring that there were no buyout offers even being made let alone considered ( and, the fact that the price is way above buyout level anyway) what in the world is holding SIEB up other than the split? Is this a game of chicken, or what?
