Jack: Much of ATMI's major work on the cathode technology with CTC is done. Now the ball is in their court to get up to manufacturing volume.That's why you're not hearing as much regarding CTC. Meanwhile, we've got an important niche with the SDS(tm) Gas Source technology. This is ATMI's product which is able to store gases below atmospheric pressure, with 5-6x as much gas in a cylinder. Matheson Electronic Products Group is distributing it for us, right now only to the ion implant industry.
