David... That Edgar submission was good although I don't understand why it was done instead of a press release.. ( I expect the answer is that they wanted to lend weight to it (ggg)) One thing about it though is that Norris signs this one as CFO while other releases on the www.americaneco.com press release window now are signed as COO.. Do you think that they are still undecided?? regards pete
