Regarding NCs vs PCs...

I thought that one of the great advantages that NCs were supposed to
have over PCs was in system administration costs. Who cares if a
PC costs $500, or $1000 or even $3000 if have to pay a system
administrator $100,000 (loaded) to install and maintain software
on the PCs. Wasn't there some study in the past year that said that
the *real* cost of a PC including system administration was something
like $5-10,000 *per year*? (I dont recall the actual number). Now, an
NC would get all its applications over the net, so the system admin
would only have to be done on the server, right?
