NN, MCV.V has approx. 7 Mil. outstanding. They work in conjunction with CIC. I don't do yearly projections, so I can't help you there, but I do have a 2.00 rolling projection for April-May. The FSTC project has a meeting in DC May 13-14, and the e-Check will be discussed by Bank of Boston. Please let me know what you think of the IR's package. Cheers, MarcG
