They could do all of that if they had any idea how to market to consumers, Gerald. You are right on target with what they need to be doing. It doesn't matter how many testimonials they have from the U.S. Government or U-Haul or Pepsi if consumers can't find service centers and other retail points at which they can purchase the product. There are six known outlets for FRIGC here in Ohio and none in the Capital, Columbus (pop. 1.1 million). Looks like another A/C season lost to me. Service centers need some lead time to buy the product, install the equipment, buy the fittings and train their personnel. We've been over all this before; about this same time last year.
