The news announcement after the bell has to do with their NT-10K filing with the SEC. The filing is a notification of a delay of filing for their 10-K because Coopers and Lybrand (their auditor) has problems with the audit. My bet is there will be a revenue recognition problem concerning restaurant sales and turnkey operations. This will not effect the last 12 months sales and earnings, as indicated in the NT-10K, but they could take a charge this quarter and it will effect subsequent quarters.
