I had the same question myself when looking at some of the trades in Global Water the past few days. I want to contact the company to just reconfirm they are not diluting the stock here(which would give the MM's too much inventory and the ability to drop the price on small sells.) Its is up today on decent volume. I will let everyone know what i find out. Mick
