Possibly in sympathy with MSFT. I notice the usual tech market leaders (except Lucent) are down today. Perhaps it is rotation into financial stocks due to the Citicorp-Travellers merger.

Although it is too early to know for sure, AOL, AMZN and YHOO may be undergoing distribution. Three 2+ point down days in a row and the top will have been signalled. We bears can only hope.
