I think you had the right Idea...Naz 100 in down 2%, but the bank merger mania is holding the NYSE/S&P up. MSFT got more problems with the GOVT and EVERYONE is all negative on this market so it will be hard, IMO, for it to make much progress down. 22.5 is my break point for C-Dog on the upside.
