But remember the IPO price for FNET common is mentioned on the FTEL web site at $10 to $15 . Also bear in mind that the reason the Private Placement is at a $1 is that those shares of common are basically worth zip until the IPO happens, and/or the voice server is up and running and proven. They are therefore correctly percieved as a very high risk investment . Now the IPO may not happen at $10 but it will happen at more than a $1 methinks. Martin
