Did anybody else notice that Apple rushed to have the AIO out before the end of the quarter?

This is usually done in weak quarters. This way you can book revenues for deals already lined up for the box.

The AOI was announced on 3/31. I think the quarter ended 3/26, and the boxes aren't shipping til this week, so I think its not even in Q2.

The story going around was that Apple had the AOI all built and ready to go, but was holding off the announcement until inventory was cleared for 6500 and other low end boxes. The AOI was due to be released in May but they cleared out the low end inventory ahead of time and were able to announce it earlier.

Anyone know why the selloff in techs?
