LONDON, April 6 (Reuters) - The proposed merger of Travelers
Group Inc <TRV.N> and Citicorp <CCI.N>, announced on Monday,
would create the largest corporation in the world in terms of
assets and the biggest listed financial services group in terms
of market capitalisation, according to data from Reuters
Securities 3000.
The merger, if approved would also put the combined group in
the top seven listed companies worldwide in terms of market
capitalisation.
