I asked IRA "Is the ratio 4:1 set in stone already or can it, will it be adjusted at the closing date? " His answer was "of course" it can be changed or adjusted. Sorry Ira - for thinking that you would have committed to a number already - considering all the pending news floating around who knows how high FAMH's stock price will be at the time the reverse merger occurs ( probably IRA)?
