A couple of additions to my last post:

I emailed Scott to see if the Shareholder Reward Program was still valid and also if it applied to new investors, etc. Here's his response:

"The Shareholder Rewards Program is open to any -- new and old alike -- BANY shareholders. Management has no plans to discontinue the program anytime soon. It's their way of giving their shareholders a little something extra."

I also asked for an update on the report we are expecting on the certificate information from the Transfer Agent. Here's the response to that:

"I have not received that initial shareholder report yet. As soon as I have it I will share that information with my list who has requested it, as well as subsequent reports. It should offer a good tracking of everyone's effort to convert street holdings into certificate holdings."
