Todd, thank you for the reply. Sorry, if I was rather tongue in cheek on the dividend, there is certainly nothing wrong with it. Dividends are a pleasant surprise or addition on any company, just not as big a factor as they have previously been. I wasn't attacking lufk, to the contrary it has promise, I just ventured the couple of questions that came to mind rather than just reading w/o posting. Best, rdk
