WHL, Do you really think one of the funds you mentioned or for that matter any fund would buy into MDIN? I think not! They may be interested and take notice,but they will not invest in a non-reporting penny stock no matter how appealing it may seem. Don't get me wrong I'm a shareholder in MDIN and hope that a fund or funds will be in the investor mix at some future point. But until MDIN becomes a reporting company I don't think we will see any fund participation. Best regards, Mike
