The last post has an error as I had the split date wrong. The value of DIIG stock presplit at time of Orbit merger was more like $24 dollars a share so DIIG paid 88 million for company. I don't know if there was any Long Term debt that Orbit had. This makes the situation worse of course since the value recieved was nil IMO.
