I agree with you; however, the lower daily bollinger band is near 26 1/2 and it is supporting the stock so far today. It is also positive that the lower band is rising, indicating rising support. I think the stock is a low risk buy right now with a stop under the lower band. The short term technical picture has improved now. Dan
