like i say this is a small company which needs acquisitions to grow like most small companys.
as long they are making acquisitions related in their field. it is
not rare to see high pe given to small companys. i agree with you
about the track-recordless .but it is a plus when you know the
ceo and board of directors own over 60% of the company. i believe
management will do their best to grow the company and get the stock
price above their ipo price. currently the company has do dept and has
some cash. recently Prudential Coverage Initiated as buy is a sign that maybe more will fellow the company. i think the company has more upside than downside given it's current price.
anyway thanks for your opinion.
