Bob, I remember this message and I am sure that Joe can see the potential for all of this to happen within that time frame. I think that it's important for Joe to have these types of objectives to give him something to work towards. Personally I would not want to hold Joe at all to those dates as with all of the other people that will be involved etc. who knows for sure?? Besides, if this deal comes off, it's not going matter to me if it takes 1 1/2 weeks or 2 months to complete the M/A's. (G) James
