Are you and DS married or something? You seem to speak with ABSOLUTE certainty when pronouncing that DS still holds his shares or that DS is not this other guy that's popped up.

Are you aware that some people go along their merry way in marriages for years only to find that the other person has had numerous affairs?

The point of my little analogy is this: The only way you can know FOR SURE if DS hasn't sold off his shares is if you have the certificates in your hands. Do you? You could never know for sure whether or not DS was franco, is this other guy, or anybody else for that matter.
