DKR: There is financing, and there is financing. The price reaction will depend on what VLNC has to give up to get it. If they can arrange a nice clean debt financing at a reasonable interest rate, I would expect that to drive the price up. If they have to substantially dillute the stock to get financing, that could easily drive the price down. In the absence of other news regarding a definitive statement about volume production, I think the structure of the financing will provide the best clue about how close the company really is to putting a product out in volume.
