Lone Wolf,
I see any internal financing as an admission that they have been utterly incapable of raising money externally in a favorable fashion. At this price it would take a steep 144 discount offering to raise any money at all externally.
With all Frieman's money from the Syntex (?) buyout, I'd think he'd have a little bit of money to put behind the company he is running.
So I hardly see internal financing in the favorable light that you do.
Its more an admission that the company has been run into the ground than anything else. And of course, we have yet to see any financing hit the table. As they should be tapped out by now, perhaps operating on bridge financing, maybe we'll hear something this week.
