One way conversation. Talks about the K-stan, Russian and refinery, plus the financing and then the screwing of warrant holders. To paraphrase GF; "We were disappointted by the action of the stock and felt that the warrants were the reason for the stock not moving." So the board decided two days ago not to extend them.
