Hi Wallstreeter! There's something very important to remember when we talk about GLOW's involvement with internet gaming.

GLOW has a "licensing agreement" with Internet Gaming Corp. Internet Gaming Corp is actually the company that conducts the internet gaming. Not GLOW !

GLOW developed the software and they license it to Internet Gaming Corp and it's the license that produces the revenue stream. GLOW is NOT actually in the internet gaming business.

Furthermore, Internet Gaming Corp ONLY does gaming OUTSIDE the USA.

So GLOW is rather "distant" from concerns regarding any legislative actions about internet gaming in the US.

As part of a DIFFERENT contract, GLOW does expect to provide "management services" to a regular casino in Canada. But that is another deal entirely.

I had the same "internet gaming" concern originally, and I asked GLOW about it. They said they are not interested in doing internet gaming themselves. But they are glad to provide the licensed software.

From my conversations with them, it is more and more apparent that they are more interested in the opportunities for "processing transactions" and providing "management services" than in the idea of internet gaming.

I think the New Management has a significantly better business plan than what the old management was trying to do.

The primary interest by New Management is in building the "recurring electronic revenue stream." It's low overhead and high profit margin.

That's what makes me so interested in GLOW.

Best wishes,
Brad
