One source, for me, regarding your Telia and Altavista questions was Tom Burgess. Here is his response to those questions, followed by questions of his own and a commentary:
>1) Is Telia filing a lawsuit?
"There is no lawsuit from them. The question should be if we are going to bring suit on them. Although I cannot discuss the details I will say that they have recently participated in some questionable business practices."
>2) Is Altavista happy with the product they received?
"Some technical changes are being made but other than that I'm not aware of any problems."
Tom then asked the following:
"Can you help me on a few questions? Are people buying ESVS? If not, why? With all our acquisition, business development and money raising activities we are involved in, it has to be one of the most undervalued Internet stocks around. Just compare us with
some of our public Internet counterparts.....after the merge is complete (NETZ into ESVS) and we put the $50 mil the bank we will be in better shape than almost all the other Internet companies. Our marketshare is fantastic and growing, our management team is gelling (more new hires to be announced soon) and we are raising enough $ to help boost all our growth plans."
